Shipping Policy - The Basics 

Please note that while our website operates 24x7, our standard recipient business hours for deliveries are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday. All orders will be processed and dispatched within 2 business days from the order placement date using our designated shipping partners. Although we provide estimated delivery timelines, please understand that the actual delivery is subject to the carrier's operations and is outside our direct control. We anticipate customers receiving their orders within 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch.

If your tracking information indicates that your order has been "Delivered" but you have not received it, we urge you to contact us immediately, within 24 hours of the delivery status being updated. Beyond this timeframe, our courier partners may not be able to conduct a thorough investigation.

Returns & Replacements

At Ventin Pharma, we are committed to ensuring you receive the products you expect in excellent condition. Every product undergoes rigorous quality checks. In the event of manufacturing defects, such as receiving an expired product or the wrong product, we will gladly accept the return of the product without any hesitation.

To ensure a transparent and efficient process for returns and refunds, we require an unboxing video recorded from the moment you receive the shrink-wrapped product in our original packaging. This video evidence helps us understand the issue clearly and provide a fair resolution.

We do not accept responsibility for refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Customer experiences allergic reactions.

  • Errors in the shipping address provided by the customer.

  • Misunderstanding of the product's details or intended use.

  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer.

  • Customer no longer has a need for the product.

We maintain complete transparency regarding our product formulations, ingredients, and usage guidelines. We are dedicated to addressing all customer inquiries related to our products.

If you wish to replace a sealed product with another variant of the same value, a nominal additional charge of ₹200 will be applicable to cover the cost of a one-time pick-up from your address.

Please be aware that we do not offer partial exchanges for orders. For refund requests, kindly allow 10-12 working days for the entire process to be completed.

Cancellation

While customers are free to place orders on our website at any time, Ventin Pharma reserves the ultimate authority regarding order fulfillment. We may put an order on hold or cancel it if it is suspected to be fraudulent or malicious, without any liability on our part. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in situations such as inaccuracies in product pricing on the website or if the product is out of stock. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. If your order is cancelled, either fully or partially, or if additional information is needed, we will contact you.

 

If your order is cancelled after your payment method has been charged, the charged amount will be reversed to your account. Please note that any promotional vouchers used for cancelled orders may not be eligible for a refund. Furthermore, in the case of suspicious transactions, we reserve the right to inform law enforcement authorities and provide them with all relevant transaction details for the purpose of investigating any illegal activity.

Customers may request to cancel their order within 2 working days of placing it. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to process the cancellation.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We guarantee that you will not be charged more than the final invoice amount displayed during your transaction. If you notice any extra charges on transactions made with us, please contact us or your bank immediately.

Our product prices are determined based on the product's value, our operational expenses, and associated costs. The final invoice price includes packaging and delivery charges to ensure your product reaches you in optimal condition, inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). For a detailed breakdown of the taxable amount and GST applied, please refer to the invoice included with your order.

We may, at our discretion, run promotions and offers on single or multiple products at various times. The base price of our products remains consistent, and promotional discounts or bundle offers may be provided when deemed appropriate and necessary. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any specific promotion or offer without prior notice.

Updating Account Information

User accounts and our internal systems are managed and administered by us. If a user registers via email, that email ID serves as a permanent identifier within our system and cannot be changed by the user directly. If a user needs to update their registered email address, they must contact us via email with a formal request. All other account-related information can be modified by the user after logging into their account.

For efficient and accurate dispatch, the default shipping address will be the one provided during order placement. For your convenience and ours, as well as that of our shipping partners, users are expected to provide a complete and accurate postal address, including the House Number, Apartment Name (if applicable), Street Name (if applicable), Locality, and Pin Code.
