Ventin Pharma - Refund Policy

At Ventin Pharma, we are committed to ensuring that our customers receive the products they expect, matching what they see and what is described. Each and every one of our products undergoes thorough testing and quality checks.
We will gladly accept returns and provide refunds without question in the following cases of manufacturing defects:

  • Expired product received.

  • Wrong product delivered.

However, we do not take responsibility for refunds in the following situations:

  • Customer experiences allergic reactions.

  • Error in the shipping address provided by the customer.

  • Inability of the customer to comprehend the product's usage or details.

  • If the complaint is raised after 7 days of the customer receiving the product.

We maintain complete transparency regarding our product formulations, ingredients, and usage guidelines. We are dedicated to resolving all customer queries and concerns to the best of our ability.
We will strive to resolve any and all concerns that a customer may have to the best of our ability. However, please note that in case of any dispute, the courts of Amritsar of Ventin Pharma's Legal Jurisdiction in India will have exclusive jurisdiction.
Please note that only a part of an order cannot be returned for a refund. For all eligible refunds, please allow 10-12 working days for the entire process to be completed.
